3 large bell peppers
1/4 c. chopped jalapeno peppers(about 4 jalapenos without seeds))
3-4 drops green food color
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c white vinegar
1 bottle Certo

Directions:
Directions:
Place green peppers and jalapeno peppers in a blender. Add a small amount of vinegar. Blend well. Pour into a large saucepan. Add sugar and remaining vinegar. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat. Add Certo. Stir for one minute which will mix it well. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute. Skim foam from jelly. Add food coloring. Pour into hot sterilized jelly jars. Seal.
