5 Large baking potatoes
1/2 C sour cream
5 tbsp melted butter
5 slices bacon fried crisp and then chopped
3 green onions, chopped including green part
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 C shredded cheddar cheese (a little more to put on top)
1 C gorgonzola cheese
garlic salt, salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

wash and scrub baking potatoes. Dry and then rub all over with olive oil; poke hole with fork in each potato. place on the middle rack of the oven and bake 1 hour. Remove and place on wire rack to cool about 15 minutes.

Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the potato flesh into a large bowl.

Mix all the ingredients in to the potato flesh. Fill each half of the potatoes and then sprinkle with a little more cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375º. Serve hot.
