4 slices of bacon, fried crisp
2 cups frozen hash browns cooked in bacon grease
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon. Remove and fry the hash browns in the bacon grease. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, pepper and pour over potatoes. Spread cheese over eggs, crumbled bacon on top, cover and cook until eggs are done.

Personal Notes:
I use Oscar Mayer bacon bits instead of frying bacon and use just a little oil to fry to hash browns in instead.
