1 Cup of pecans
1 Stick melted margarine
1 Cup powdered Sugar
1 13 1/2 oz of Cool Whip
1 Large Box Instant Chocolate pudding
3 Cups of Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix flour, nuts and margarine
place in a 9 x 11 oblong dish and pat down until bottom is covered. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes (let cool). Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust. Mix Instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread Chocolate pudding to cover cream cheese mix. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Place in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
