10 Tbsp. Buckwheat Flour
10 Tbsp. Wheat Germ (raw)
10 Tbsp. Bran Flakes
10 Tbsp. Rye Flour
1-1/4 c. Cornmeal
1/2 c. Brown Sugar, Packed
3 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Baking Soda

Mix all together very thoroughly and store in freezer.

To Make 6 medium pancakes: Mix together 1 C. Pancake Mix, 1 Egg, 2 Tbsp. Oil and 1-1/4 C. Buttermilk depending on how thick you want them.
