1 lg. can crushed pineapple w/ juice
1 heaping tbsp. flour
2/3 cup sugar (you may reduce to 1/2 cup if you like)
2 eggs
5 slices of Arnold or Pepperidge Farm Bread
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together in greased casserole dish. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes. Melt 1 stick of margarine in fry pan. Cube 5 slices of white bread, mix with melted margarine. Let pineapple mixture cool slightly before adding bread cubes which have been mixed with margarine. Bake for 45 minutes at 325º. Excellent side dish with ham. Also good served cold the next day.
