2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Heat oven to 400ºF. Melt butter in casserole pan while oven is heating up. Beat eggs, add flour. Mix well with whisk, add milk, and beat again. Pour over melted butter in pan. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown on edges. (like a large popover) Enjoy with powdered sugar, lemon juice, or syrup!
