2 lb. fresh Green Beans, 1 tsp. Red Pepper sliced up, 4 cloves Garlic, 4 large dill sprigs, 4 cups Water, 1/3 cup Rock Salt, 2 pint Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pack jars with beans. To each jar add 1/8 tsp. Red Pepper, 1 clove Garlic, and 1 head of dill. Mix together in saucepan, the vinegar, water and salt. Pour over beans. Seal with boiled lids. Process in water bath for 5 minutes.

If you want them hot, omit the red pepper and put 1 dried hot red chili pepper in each jar.
