CRUST:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 T sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

FILLING
3 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint sour cream
6 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together. Line half way up sides of spring form pan (10 inch) with crust. Bake crust 10 minutes at 375 crust will turn dark due to cinnamon.

Whip cream cheese. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool pie for 10 minutes. Whip sugar and vanilla into sour cream. Pour over pie. Bake at 500 for 5 minutes.

Refrigerate overnight or longer.
