1 lb. Neese's Sausage (mild or hot)
1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese
1 can Rotel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage (in crumbles)
2. Add cream cheese (mix well)
3. Add rotel (by the spoonfuls; you may not need or want to use the whole can)
4. Let simmer about 5 minutes
5. Serve with Tostitos Scoops (Tortilla chips)
