1 Flank Steak 1/4 c Spicy Deli Mustard 2 tsp Ground Cumin 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder 1 tsp Worcestershire 2 T Soy Sauce 2 Clove Garlic
Mix all ingredients together. Put in bag with Flank steak overnight. Remove flank steak from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Scrape off marinade and grill for ~6 minutes first side and ~4 minutes second side for medium rare Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
