1 1/4 c. Flour
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Oil or melted shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Sift Flour, salt and baking powder and sugar. Combine egg, milk and shortening; add to dry ingredients. Stir just until flour is moistened. Bake on ungreased griddle. If desired: add 1/2 c. blueberries which have been washed and drained.
