1 c. luke warm water 3 T. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 T. yeast 1/2 c. cornmeal 2 c. flour
Mix dry ingredients while you mix water and yeast. Mix well and let rise 10 minutes (put a little oil on dough to keep it from sticking). Spread on greased pan with your fingers. Top with your favorites. Bake 400º for 15 minutes.
