1 head cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped fine
dash salt
dash pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 C sugar
1/2 C oil
1/2 C vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: cabbage, onion, salt, pepper, celery seed and set aside.
in a small saucepan combine sugar, oil and vinegar. bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Set aside 5 minutes to cool.
Mix vinegar mixture with cabbage mixture, let set 1 hour.
Mix again then refrigerate over night.
stir and enjoy
