2 1/2 lbs. stew beef
2 onions, quartered
4 stalks cellery, chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed 3 carrots, sliced
2 Teaspoon tapioca
1 T. sugar
salt & pepper to taste
10 - 3/4 oz can tomato soup
1 1/4 cups water
10 - oz. pkg. frozen peas

first flour you meat, brown it for about 20 mins. Then add ingredients in order listed to a Dutch oven; cover. Bake in over at 250 degrees for 5 hours. or put it in you crock pot for 5 - 6 hours
