1 box Kraft deluxe Mac and Cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Make mac and cheese according to directions on box. While macaroni is cooking, brown ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and water to ground beef and simmer for 5 mins.
Stir in sour cream to mac and cheese. Spoon half of the mac and cheese into a 8x8 or 9" baking dish. Now put meat mixture on top of mac and cheese. Put 1 cup of cheese on top of meat and now top with remaining mac and cheese. Cover and bake for 15 mins. Top with remaining salsa and cheese and bake for another 10 mins. or until cheese is melted.

For extra crunch, top with tortilla chips or corn chips along with the salsa and cheese.
