Spinach
mushrooms cut lengthwise
croutons
Swiss cheese- cut in cubes
crumbled bacon strips (lots)
scallion chopped
cooked eggs sliced (optional)

Dressing:
3/4 c. Wesson oil
6 tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks (mix in small dish first)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing the night before. Remove the garlic cloves the next day. Double the receipt and enjoy
