2 C self-rising corn meal
1 egg
milk until moist
1/4 C

Directions:
Directions:
Heat crisco in a cast iron frying pan, mix corn meal, egg and milk in bowl, add hot oil to mixture, pour mixture in to hot frying pan and bake at 400 for 30 to 35 min, or until brown
