2 C Corn Meal
1 C Butter Milk
3 Eggs
1 Small Can Cream Style Corn
1 Green Pepper
1 Small Onion
Tough of Red Pepper (hot)
1 C Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese (for the top)
1/2 C Hot Bacon Grease or Cooking Oil
Diced Hot Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 400, place oil in a castiron frying pan and place in oven until oil and pan are hot, mix all the ingredients in a bowl (execpt cheese), pour hot oil in to the mixture, pour the mixture in to the pan and bake for 30 to 35 min, adding cheese to the top in the last 5 min.
