slug of oil,
package hot Italian sausage,
package mild Italian sausage,
package of chicken breasts,
Large onion - chopped,
hand-full of celery - chopped,
hand-full of red pepper - chopped,
hand-full of yellow pepper - chopped,
whack of garlic - smashed,
3 cups of chicken stock,
salt and cayenne to taste,
2 cups long grain rice,
20 shrimp,
green onions - chopped,
parsley - chopped

In a large saute pan, chop and saute the meat individually. In the same pan, drain and add more oil then saute onion, peppers, celery, and garlic. Add meat with chicken stock and bring to a boil. Spice and add rice. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 30 minutes (no peeking). Add shrimp, green onion, and parsley and cook for 5 more minutes covered.
