1/2 c. Butter, softened
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Sugar
5 slices of bread, cubed fine, with crust
1 #2 can of crushed pineapple
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add other ingredients and mix well. Mixture will look curdled. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 40-50 minutes at 325.
