one 3 or 4 lb rack of ribs
recipe from Mikes oven baked Barbecue ribs, for each rack of ribs that you have
once again remove membrane from back of ribs
rub ribs completely
put into large pan, small amount of water, 2 tbsp is fine. cook @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours
remove and put on medium heat on grill, turning ribs often, till they bend easily when shaking
mix together butter and brown sugar, melt until becomes brown but not to thick, add this on ribs, turning often as soon as ribs hit grill. when ribs are bending as described before add barbecue sauce as desired
