1 lb hamburger
32 oz jar spaghetti sauce
12 oz cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
12 oz grated mozzarella cheese
9 strips of lasagna noodles uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger ( drain)
add spaghetti sauce, add a can of drained mushrooms
In a 9x13 pan, place a small mouth of meat sauce, layer uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and cheese in 3 layers
Bake uncovered @ 375 for 45 minutes, remove cover and bake 15 more minutes.
let sit 10 minutes before serving
I always buy the 6 cup bag of mozzarella and use it all. I also rinse the cottage cheese and add one pkg of softened cream cheese, this makes it even better!
