1/2 c. or 2 sticks butter 1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. or 2 single-serving size containers of sugar-free applesauce 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together butter and sugar; add applesauce. Mix in baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add flour.Mix well. Bake in a greased 13-inch by 9-inch pan for 20-25 min. Let cool and enjoy!
