6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices mozzarella cheese (3 1/2" square)
1 medium tomato, seeded & chopped
1/2 tsp. sage
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. finely crumbled dry bread crumbs
2 T. minced parsley
1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of Saran Wrap to 8" x 5" oval. Place 1 ham slice & 1 slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Place 1/6 of tomato & sage in center of each. Fold ends over filling & roll up from 8" side. Secure with toothpicks. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese & parsley. Dip chicken breast in melted margarine, then roll in crumb mixture. Place in 9" square baking dish. Drizzle with remaining margarine. Bake at 350 40 to 45 min., or until chicken is done.
