5 lbs finely ground lean beef
1/2 c ketchup
3 heaping tsp creamy horseradish
3 tsp worchestershire sauce
6 tsp salt (or less)
1 tsp Accent
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c ground or chopped onion
1 c water

Directions:
Place meat in a large sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Meat will be in very fine pieces. Let simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add water of mixture becomes dry.
