4 c Bisquick® mix
1 c cold water
2 eggs
2 cans corn, drained
1 can chopped green chiles, well drained



Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 to 3 inches oil in deep fryer to 375°. Stir Bisquick mix, cold water and eggs in large bowl with spoon until smooth. Stir in corn and chilies.
Drop batter by small spoonfuls into hot oil. Turn and fry until evenly golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with salsa.

GRANDMA ORNDORFF wrote to add garlic powder and you could leave out the chilies if you added some ground cayenne pepper
