1 beef roast (chuck or round or whatever works)
1 envelope of Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix (powder
1 can of beer

Directions:
Place beef roast in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle on the powdered Italian dressing mix. Pour the can of beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low all day while you go to work. Tear roast apart and serve with French bread. Use the au jus for dipping.

The boys laugh when they see my cheap beer in the back of the fridge since I'm not a beer drinker. I always tell them it is for my beef recipe. Well, this is the recipe! It really exists and is delicious and easy.
