Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking pan. Add just enough water to cover bottom of pan. Cut zucchini in half length wise. Place in a baking pan, cut side up. Brush each zucchini with melted butter and sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes, or until tender.

GRANDMA ORNDORFF wrote that she added a sprinkle of garlic salt to each zucchini after the butter, and before the Parmesan cheese.
