2 boxes broccoli - frozen and chopped. 3 T. butter (salted) 3 T. flour 1 1/2 cups of milk 3-4 oz. cream cheese 1/4 cup blue cheese salt and pepper to taste
Cook broccoli. In separate sauce pan melt butter, add flour, stir. Add milk. Bring to boil and thicken. Stir in both cheeses. When sauce is smooth, pour over brocolli which is in a 2 quart casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 for 3/4 hour.
