1/2 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup apple juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Stir in apple and lemon juice. Boil until syrup thickens, remove from heat. Add butter and stir in until melted. Serve over pumpkin pancakes.
