1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 T. unsulphured Molasses
1 T. ground Ginger
2 T. dry mustard
6 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 4-5 lbs Pork Loin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except pork) and put in jar with lid, shaking well. let sit for 15 Min. pour marinade over pork, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge one hour before cooking. place meat fat side up on rack in roasting pan. pour marinade over loin, and baste 4-5 times while cooking (preheated 325º oven approximant cooking time 3 hours)
