3 1/4 C all purpose flour
1 C cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 sticks softened butter
1 1/4 C sugar
1 1/4 C firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbls. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cake flour, baking powder & baking soda in bowl. Combine butter, sugar & brown sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs & vanilla, continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low, gradually adding flour mixture, until well mixed. Stir in M & M's by hand.
350º oven, parchment lined cookie sheets, about 7 minutes (watch closely- remove when slightly brown, let cool on sheet)
