1 crock pot full of pealed and sliced apples
4 to 5 cups of sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp All Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Remove apples from crock pot to a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well, return mixture to the crock pot, cover and cook on low until the apples cook down to top of pot. Remove lid and continue to cooking for 24 hours. Put in Hot jars.
