3 Cups plain flour
2 Cups sugar
1 tsp baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Bananas, Chopped
3 eggs
1 (8 oz) can crushed Pineapple

Directions:

Stir all the ingredients together (do NOT beat with mixer) bake in a tube pan at for 1 hour and 10 Min.

Icing: 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature. mix together until smooth. spread on cake.
