1 lb. Spaghetti
1/2 c. Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1/2 c. Chopped Parsley (optional)
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil; then add the cooked spaghetti (cook 8 - 10 minutes). Drain Pasta.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic & saute for 2 minutes (Do not overcook the garlic)
4. Reduce the heat under the garlic to low and add the salt & pepper. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Add the pasta to the skillet, still on low heat.
6. Toss the pasta with parsley & Parmesan cheese.
