2 PKGS. OF CHORICO (2 STICKS PER PACKAGE)
2 TO 3 CANS (6 OZ.) TOMATO SAUCE OR 1 JAR OF QUICK PIZZA SAUCE
8 TO 10 PEPPERS
WATER - VERY LITTLE

SKIN AND FRY THE CHORICO. FRY UNTIL COOKED (ABOUT 20 TO 30 MINUTES). IN THE MEANTIME CLEAN AND CUT THE PEPPERS INTO 1/2" STRIPS. AFTER FRYING MEAT, THROW THE PEPPERS IN WITH THE CHORICO. ADD THE CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE OR PIZZA SAUCE. MIX UP WELL. SIMMER FOR ABOUT 30 TO 60 MINUTES DEPENDING ON HOW SOFT YOU LIKE YOUR PEPPERS. **PEPPERS MAKE THEIR OWN JUICE SO YOU MAY NOT NEED TO ADD WATER. DEPENDS ON HOW JUICY YOU WANT YOUR SAUCE.
