2 CUPS FLOUR, UNSIFTED
2 EGGS
CUP MILK
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
TSP SALT
2 CUPS BLUEBERRIES
1 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
ON LOW SPEED CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD EGGS 1 AT A TIME AND MIX UNTIL BLENDED. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD ALTERNATELY WITH MILK AND VANILLA ADDED TO IT. MASH CUP BLUEBERRIES AND STIR IN BY HAND. ADD REST WHOLE BERRIES AND STIR. GREASE MUFFIN TINS AND AROUND EDGES. FILL CUP HIGH WITH MIXTURE. SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR. BAKE AT 375 FOR 30 MINUTES.
