1 head(abt 1lb.) iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/4 c. thin sliced green onion
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 can (8 oz) drained sliced water chestnuts
1 10 oz pkg. frozen peas
2 c.mayonaise or 1 c. mayonaise and 1 c sour cream
2tsp. sugar,
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2-3/4 lb. fried and crumbled bacon
2 tomatoes cut in wedges
1 can sliced olives


Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, green onion,celery, water chestnuts, and peas. Mix mayonaise or mayonaise and sour cream over top. Sprinkle with spices and cover and chill in refrigerator for as long as 24 hours. Just before serving sprinkle salad with the eggs and bacon. Arrange tomatoes and olives on top.
