2 cups canned pumpkin
3 1/2 cups self-rising flour
3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon & nutmeg. Add pumpkin, eggs, oil & water all at once & mix well. Add nuts. Bake at 350 in two greased loaf pans for 1 1/2 hours.
