1 c orange juice
1/4 tsp orange flavoring
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
3 tsp butter
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c corn syrup

Directions:
Slice potatoes 1 1/2" thick. Place in a greased casserole. Combine above ingredients, cook slightly thick. Pour over the potatoes in the dish. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350º. Uncover and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

GRANDMA ORNDORFF wrote that some people like these topped with marshmallows. Add them during the last 5 minutes of baking and cook until they are golden brown
