1/2 of a 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed.
2 -13 3/4-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and mashed.
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 350 Drain all water from spinach. Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole dish for 30 to 40 Min. Serve with crackers, chips or bread.
