1/2 of a 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed.
2 -13 3/4-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and mashed.
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 350 º Drain all water from spinach. Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole dish for 30 to 40 Min. Serve with crackers, chips or bread.
