2 lb. fresh Green Beans, 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup thinly sliced Red Onion, 1 bunch fresh Basil, 1 cup Mayonnaise, 2 T. toasted chopped Almond's, Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch beans in heavily salted water until "al dente", about 7 minutes. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking and remove the salt. The salt keeps the beans really green.Remove stems and chop basil very fine. Cut tomatoes in half. Mix all veggies in bowl, toss with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with more fresh basil and the almonds.
