2 c crushed potato chips
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
3 lb chicken
1/2 c margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cut up chicken into pieces. Combine seasonings and chips, mix well. Dip chicken pieces into butter, then roll in chip mixture. Arrange pieces with skin side down, and not touching each other. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or until tender and fully cooked. Do not turn. May use cornflakes for part of the chips, and use poultry seasoning if desired.
