2 Tbsp butter
3/4 c orange juice
1/2 c beet juice
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp orange rind
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 c diced beets
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in the flour then slowly add the beet juice. Add orange rind, juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add beets and heat through.
