Directions:
Directions:
(For 8 pieces.)
Combine:
c cornmeal
c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
tsp oregano (dry & crushed)
tsp pepper
Dip chicken pieces first in:
milk about c
then into dry mixture.
Place on a shallow greased baking pan, skin side up.
Dribble over the chicken pieces:
1/3 c melted butter
Bake at 375 for 50 min.
