Graham Cracker Crust: 
2 c. Graham Crackers, crushed
4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
 
Filling: 
5 Egg Whites
5 Egg Yolks
1 c. Sugar
3 [8 oz.] Pkg. Cream Cheese

Sour Cream Topping: 
1 c. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp. Sugar

Graham Cracker Crust:  Mix together and line 9"x12" pan.

Filling:  Beat egg whites until stiff.  Cream yolks with sugar.  Add cream cheese and beat until creamy and smooth.  Fold in egg whites and pour in pan. 

Bake:  350º F.   Time:  30 Minutes.

Topping:  After cake has cooled, mix ingredients and pour on cake. 

Bake:  400º F.  Time:  10 Minutes.

Chill for at least 6 hours.  May be frozen 1-2 weeks ahead.  Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.
