1 1/2 lbs. steak, tenderized
Salt
Flour
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450

Dip steak in flour, brown in oil in electric skillet.

Salt after first turning.

Remove steak, add 1 can mushroom soup & 1 can water.

Bake for one hour, reduce heat to 350 & bake 1 1/2 hours.
