1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup quick-cooking, rolled oats
1 tablespoon instant, minced onion
1 tablespoon instant, minced garlic
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dark or light brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Pat into 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf dish
Bake at 350 for an hour to an hour and a half
For sauce, blend ingredients well. Pour over meat loaf for about the last 15 minutes of cooking

You can make the meat loaf firmer by adding a little more of the oatmeal or by decreasing the amount of tomato sauce
