CRUST:
3/4 c. walnuts
3/4 c. graham crackers
3 T. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
FILLING:
2 lbs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING:
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Combine ingredients and press into bottom of lightly buttered 9 or 10-inch spring form pan. Refrigerate.
FILLING: Preheat oven to 375º
Cream the cheese. Add sugar, then eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth (several minutes). Pour into spring form pan and cook 40 minutes. Remove and cool for 15 minutes. Raise the heat to 425º.
TOPPING: Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over top of cake. Bake 10 minutes at 425º. Let stand at room temperature for 5 hours.
